Human Resources Committee will oversee:
- The hiring/termination processes and annual performance appraisal of the Chief Executive Officer; and
- The annual determination of staff remuneration
The Committee will meet annually prior to the development of the budget for the upcoming fiscal year to review the performance of the Chief Executive Officer and that of the staff and to set objectives for performance from the upcoming year.
