The Jan Kasperski Leadership Award was created in 2008 and will be offered on an annual basis to an outstanding leader who best exemplifies exceptional leadership in the pursuit of excellence in Family Medicine in Ontario. It is created in honour of Jan Kasperski, former CEO of the Ontario College of Family Physicians to celebrate 10 years of dedication to our College demonstrating stellar qualities in the five fundamental leadership practices according to Kouzes and Posner.
